Service and safety notices are separate. If you own an instrument we service, unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop safety recalls, calibration reminders or contractual service notifications. Those we will continue to send.
What we hold
Enquiries submitted through this site are stored so we can respond to them. If you want your details deleted rather than merely unsubscribed, say so and we will remove them, except where we are required to retain records relating to a sale or a service contract.
A self-service unsubscribe form will be added once the mailing list is in place. For now the request is handled by a person, which means it will not be missed.
